Required
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related Engineering field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly
- Knowledge of statistical tolerance analysis and functional dimensioning
- Background in complex manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Knowledge of FMEA, DOE, and failure analysis methodologies
- US citizenship, legal permanent resident status, or export authorization
Nice to have
- High-volume manufacturing experience
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Hydraulic assembly and test experience
- Experience designing assembly and test tooling using CAD
