Required
- 3+ years aerospace structures assembly or precision mechanical assembly
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience installing aerospace fasteners and hardware
- Ability to work with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and composite materials
- Precision measurement tool proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift components up to 40 lbs
