Required
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Space Systems, or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Capture Management, Technical Business Development, Systems Engineering, or Technical Program Management
- Demonstrated experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, intelligence, or commercial technology customers
- Experience supporting competitive procurements including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and proposal development
- Strong technical writing skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to develop complex technical solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage technical and executive audiences
- Ability to understand customer missions and translate technical capabilities into operational value
- Professional proficiency in English
- Located in Spain or Italy with willingness to travel up to 40% throughout Europe and occasionally internationally
Nice to have
- Experience within commercial space, satellite, aerospace, intelligence, or defense sectors
- Knowledge of Space Domain Awareness, Space Situational Awareness, orbital mechanics, satellite operations, or space mission planning
- Experience supporting European Ministries of Defence, NATO organizations, defense primes, or government agencies
- Understanding of defense acquisition processes and competitive capture strategies
- Experience developing technical proposals for complex government procurements
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, Python, SQL, or modern software architectures
- Additional European language skills, particularly Spanish, Italian, French, or German
- Advanced degree in related technical discipline
