Required
- 2–3 years mechanical or technical work in manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring equipment
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn CMMS software
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and troubleshoot
- Understanding of machine tolerance and ability to fabricate repair parts
- HazMat certification or commitment to obtain within first year
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds routinely
- Manual dexterity for repetitive tool operation
- Ability to work throughout full shifts with walking, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing
