- Minimum 6 months documented mechanic work experience or industrial maintenance training program completion
- Knowledge of industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, plumbing, and welding
- Strong electronic skill set
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 125 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and work on feet for 12-hour shifts
- Willing to learn Tyson SAP software for work orders and documentation
- Valid U.S. residency
