Required
- 0–2 years assembly experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US person eligible for ITAR access
- Near vision and color vision
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret production prints and assembly diagrams
- Proficiency in English reading comprehension
- Basic computer skills
Nice to have
- IPC soldering certification or basic soldering experience
