Required
- 8+ years in communications with significant experience leading corporate communications, PR, or executive communications at a technology company or agency
- Track record of building communications strategy that improved company reputation or market position, including major product launches and company milestones
- Ability to extract insights from technical teams and translate them into narratives for diverse audiences
- Strong media relationships and judgment about story selection and timing
- Comfort advising CEO and executive team on voice and messaging
- Technical fluency sufficient to discuss model performance, developer tooling, and enterprise AI deployment credibly
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build lightweight structures without bureaucracy
- Collaborative approach across marketing, product, and GTM functions
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity
Nice to have
- In-house experience at B2B, enterprise software, developer-focused, or AI/ML company
- Point of view on how corporate social channels, thought leadership, and industry presence build credibility together
