Required

  • Master's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, OR Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum 2 years of directly related experience, OR minimum 5 years of directly related experience
  • Expertise in one or more general development languages such as Java, C#, or C++
  • Experience building and deploying modern services and web applications
  • Ability to work on-site minimum 3 days per week

Nice to have

  • Experience designing and building generative AI systems beyond simple prompt usage, including RAG architectures
  • Experience integrating LLMs into production systems with prompt orchestration and hallucination handling
  • Proven ability to build end-to-end GenAI features from data ingestion through APIs to user-facing consumers
  • Experience with container-based technologies
  • Experience building and testing enterprise-scale web services
  • Backend development capability in Python, Java, C++, or PHP
  • Database software knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of systems integration processes
  • Understanding of data structures and efficient data access patterns
