Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10+ years in software engineering, application delivery, or technical product development with production system ownership
- 3–5+ years of direct management of engineering teams
- Experience leading delivery spanning user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and batch processing
- Experience in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS
- Full development lifecycle experience including planning, design, development, testing, release management, and production support
- Experience managing blended delivery models with internal and external engineering partners
- Agile delivery experience with responsibility for sprint execution and risk management
- Understanding of production operations, incident management, service reliability, and performance monitoring
- Experience advancing engineering standards and CI/CD maturity
