Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8–10+ years in software engineering, application delivery, or technical product development with production system ownership
  • 3–5+ years of direct management of engineering teams
  • Experience leading delivery spanning user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and batch processing
  • Experience in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS
  • Full development lifecycle experience including planning, design, development, testing, release management, and production support
  • Experience managing blended delivery models with internal and external engineering partners
  • Agile delivery experience with responsibility for sprint execution and risk management
  • Understanding of production operations, incident management, service reliability, and performance monitoring
  • Experience advancing engineering standards and CI/CD maturity
