  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or relevant engineering discipline
  • 15+ years of engineering experience
  • 5+ years of technical leadership in solid rocket motors
  • Direct end-to-end technical program lifecycle management
  • Lead cross-functional teams through design reviews and qualification milestones
  • Manage program schedules and critical path constraints
  • Establish and maintain technical scope baselines and cost control
  • Serve as primary technical spokesperson for programs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
