- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or relevant engineering discipline
- 15+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership in solid rocket motors
- Direct end-to-end technical program lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional teams through design reviews and qualification milestones
- Manage program schedules and critical path constraints
- Establish and maintain technical scope baselines and cost control
- Serve as primary technical spokesperson for programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
