- Strong knowledge of job architecture frameworks
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and compensation analytics reporting tools
- Experience advising HR and business stakeholders on compensation decisions
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent planning cycles and compensation projects
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and analytics to improve processes
