- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive finance experience
- 3+ years in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
- Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS regulations and contract types
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and financial modeling
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret Clearance
