- 18 years or older
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in design, retail, specialty retail, outside sales, or trade

- Previous millwork product and sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve customer disputes
- Consultative selling experience
