  • 10+ years aviation maintenance experience
  • 5+ years aircraft maintenance and flight-line operations
  • Experience with test instrumentation planning, installation, or design
  • Experience with ground support equipment or tooling engineering
  • Experience in aircraft production, ground operations, or flight-line operations
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
  • Ability to work on flight line with ladders, scaffolding, and lift equipment
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain US security clearance
  • Domestic travel up to 10% willingness

Nice to have

  • Active US Secret Security Clearance
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Science or Aviation Maintenance
  • Proven SME experience on aircraft maintenance, modification builds, or flight test programs
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in design-build-test environments
  • Experience with technical authoring tools and maintenance record systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Boeing command media (BPIs, PROs, BPGs)
  • Familiarity with FAA 14 CFR Part 43/145, EASA, and Boeing standards
