Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar modern language
  • Deep SQL expertise and hands-on experience with modern data platforms
  • Design systems for moving and transforming data at scale using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure
  • Data visualization and storytelling skills using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Understanding of engineering best practices including testing, code review, and resilient architecture
  • Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated use of AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to solve business problems
  • Experience designing and executing enterprise-scale semantic layers for standardized analytics
  • Analytics and data engineering thought leadership
  • Experience with Snowflake, Amplitude, Tableau, or modern analytics platforms
  • Thrives in fast, team-based, iterative programming environments
  • Track record of high-quality work delivered on time
