Required
- 4+ years hands-on payroll processing experience
- Experience interpreting and setting up withholding orders for levies, garnishments, and child support
- Knowledge of California labor laws
- Experience with automated time and attendance systems
- Knowledge of taxable fringe benefits and stock transaction processing
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and hour and tax regulations
- Intermediate Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
- Experience with Workday Payroll
- Entertainment industry payroll processing experience
