Required
- Bachelor's degree in technical or related field plus 3 years QA/operations/regulatory compliance experience, OR high school diploma/GED plus 5 years QA/operations/regulatory compliance experience
- Ability to interact and coordinate across multiple departments and external stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret federal and state pipeline safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency with software for creating documents, reports, and graphics
- Ability to perform algebraic, trigonometric, geometric, statistical and accounting operations
Nice to have
- Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) familiarity
