  • 12+ years in customer success, solutions architecture, cloud engineering, technical account management, or related customer-facing infrastructure role
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, and storage
  • Experience with distributed systems and large-scale platform infrastructure
  • Ability to translate customer goals into technical solutions
