Required
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year industrial, manufacturing, military, facilities, or electronics maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Nice to have
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Military maintenance experience
- Manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, or production facility experience
- CMMS systems and preventative maintenance program experience
- Electrical troubleshooting with multimeters and test equipment
- Experience with motors, controls, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and industrial equipment
- Reliability-centered maintenance knowledge
- OSHA, electrical safety, or LOTO certifications
- Technical school, vocational training, military technical training, or associate degree in maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting high-reliability operations
