Required
- 7–9 years of commercial insurance, agency, or brokerage experience
- Advanced knowledge of North American casualty lines including Environmental, Excess Casualty, Primary Casualty, Auto, Workers' Compensation, Architects & Engineers, General Liability, and Difference in Conditions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Team management and mentoring capability
- Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environments

- Sales, marketing, and relationship-building experience
