  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer science, or related technical field
  • 10+ years in process, product, manufacturing, quality engineering, R&D, or product development
  • Hands-on experience manufacturing web-based polymeric materials (membranes, films, fibers, or nonwovens)
  • Proficiency in analytical and statistical methods
  • Ability to travel 10% to other US and worldwide manufacturing locations
  • Ability to lift and move 20-35 lb parcels and access equipment 5-6 feet off the ground
