- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer science, or related technical field
- 10+ years in process, product, manufacturing, quality engineering, R&D, or product development
- Hands-on experience manufacturing web-based polymeric materials (membranes, films, fibers, or nonwovens)
- Proficiency in analytical and statistical methods
- Ability to travel 10% to other US and worldwide manufacturing locations
- Ability to lift and move 20-35 lb parcels and access equipment 5-6 feet off the ground
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Knowledge of validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Data-driven root cause and countermeasure analysis
