- MD or DO with active clinical licensure
- 10+ years of relevant experience at Senior Director level
- Deep experience in clinical quality and quality improvement in healthcare delivery, virtual care, or digital health
- Ability to evaluate and improve care models, member care, and provider quality
- Prior management of clinical quality, accreditations, and data analytics functions
- Demonstrated success building systems and operating models across multiple teams
- Experience across clinical operations, product development, data analytics, and AI-enabled workflows
- Executive presence to influence senior leaders on program integrity and risk
- Convert multi-year strategy into practical near-term priorities and operating routines
- Comfortable in highly matrixed environments partnering across clinical, operational, product, legal, compliance, and technical teams
- Leadership combining clinical rigor, systems thinking, sound judgment, and execution orientation
Nice to have
- NCQA population health program accreditation experience
- ADCES or URAC accreditation experience
- Program Management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, IHI Quality Improvement)
- Experience defining data requirements and translating findings into recommendations
- Digital health, health plan, or employer benefits industry experience
- Background or interest in healthcare AI, clinical informatics, data science, or telemedicine
