Required
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field with 4+ years relevant industry experience, OR Master's degree in related field with 2+ years relevant industry experience
- Experience with shipping qualifications and transportation studies
- Experience creating material specifications, Bills of Materials, and packaging instructions
- Understanding of cGMPs and pharmaceutical manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with industry standards and test methods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with package development for oral solid dose and parenteral products
- Experience supporting new product introductions and technology transfers
- Knowledge of distribution and cold chain shipping requirements
