Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 45 words per minute typing speed
- English fluency (oral and written)
- Ability to listen and document simultaneously
- Virtual triage and assessment skills
- Knowledge of nursing protocols and clinical algorithms
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 1+ year virtual care or remote monitoring experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
