Required
- Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing roles
- Hematology/Oncology experience
- Ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
- Track record of building credibility with healthcare providers
- Account management and sales performance skills with proven history of meeting or exceeding goals
- Valid driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving risk profile
- 100% field-based work with company vehicle operation
