Required
- Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in broadcast television using TruVu MAX
- Strong understanding of meteorology and weather science
- Ability to analyze rapidly changing conditions and communicate clearly under deadline pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends, overnights, and holidays in a 24/7 newsroom
