Required

  • 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments
  • Deep familiarity with LLM inference and model serving (batching, quantization, latency/throughput tradeoffs)
  • Multi-tenant systems experience (isolation, quota management, SLA enforcement)
  • Experience with fine-tuning and alignment workflows
  • Proven ability to build execution frameworks in unstructured environments
  • Exceptional executive communication and data-driven reporting
  • Daily use of AI tools for program execution and risk detection
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority

Nice to have

  • 1+ years building platforms or services for AI inference or training
  • Direct experience governing model onboarding across GPU generations with firmware and driver validation
  • Coaching or mentoring experience for junior TPMs
  • Multi-site or globally distributed team experience
  • Background at Series D–F company or high-performing AI infrastructure team at a hyperscaler
