Required
- PhD in Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, Toxicology, or related field
- 8+ years industry experience in relevant field
- Track record leading in-vivo oncology pharmacology studies advancing toward IND
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional teams in fast-paced R&D
- Working knowledge of IACUC processes and animal welfare regulations
- Experience supporting AALAC accreditation
Nice to have
- Experience with radiopharmaceuticals or radioligand therapies
- Familiarity with biodistribution, dosimetry, and radiation biology
- Experience applying AI and computational tools to data analysis and workflow automation
