What they ask for
Required
- 7–12 years of UX design experience with a track record of leading design quality
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex enterprise-scale or consumer design at senior level
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Creative eye for design quality and consistency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in professional design tools such as Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, or InVision
- Significant experience working with and contributing to Design Systems and pattern libraries
- Proven ability to guide and develop other designers through critique and mentorship
- Proven ability to leverage AI-enabled design tools and workflows strategically
- Bachelor's degree
- Portfolio with case study walkthrough required during interview
- Ability to ensure designs comply with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, Internet, or mobile space
- Experience with agile methodology
- Financial services or commercial banking industry experience
- Experience defining or contributing to design vision and experience principles
- Master's degree
