Required
- 8+ years in clinical laboratory, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device or healthcare, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering technical or clinical training programs
- Ability to manage training projects from design through implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
