Required
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial)
- 5+ years industry experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution
- 5+ years designing material replenishment routes for automated and manual systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in matrix organizations without direct authority
- Flexible work schedule with extensive travel and plant visits
Nice to have
- Experience with AMR/AGC programming
- Simulation software experience (FlexSim)
- High-volume order fulfillment or distribution center background
