What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross
- One year recent full-time patient care experience, or nursing student with one completed clinical rotation, or military medical experience (Hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, or Medical Service Technician), or additional healthcare education/training
- Professional, technical and clinical competencies demonstrated safely and effectively
- 8th grade level applied mathematics and reading comprehension
- Day/night rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
Nice to have
- Clinical rotation experience in an ICU
