Required
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Education, Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in learning technology, instructional technology, software-enabled learning, automation, or AI solutions
- Experience developing technical solutions, automation workflows, or learning technology systems
- Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
