Required
- 12+ years of experience with BS degree, or 10+ years with MS, or 8+ years with PhD/PharmD, or 4+ years with MD
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, DO, PhD, or PharmD preferred)
- 6+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
- Significant clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience in oncology and/or HIV
- Knowledge of US healthcare system, integrated delivery networks, and healthcare policy
- Ability to travel 70% of the time within US
- Knowledge of HEOR disciplines and biostatistics
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Patient-centric mindset with ability to identify customer needs
Nice to have
- PhD or additional degree in health economics, health outcomes, public health, or health policy
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry, managed care, or similar organization (10+ years preferred)
- Relationships with key academic health centers and oncology health systems in the region
- History of leadership in developing medical account strategy
- Experience with collaborative, team-oriented environments and matrix collaboration
