  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
  • Experience leading or executing operational improvement initiatives using Lean, DBS, PSP, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
  • Knowledge of logistics operations including carrier management, Incoterms, and freight cost management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI with ability to analyze unstructured data
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on warehouse or manufacturing floor for extended periods

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP and distribution systems such as D365, AESDirect, or XCarrier
  • Experience with inventory control practices including slotting, FIFO, and location management
  • Lean certification or formal training such as Kaizen facilitation or value stream mapping
  • APICS certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD
  • Experience in regulated environments
