- Licensed attorney in California or another US jurisdiction
- 10+ years legal experience
- 5+ years in-house commercial counsel at a technology company
- Experience negotiating technology agreements with enterprise customers and vendors
- Familiarity with US privacy regulations
- Understanding of AI and cloud-based services and global regulatory landscape
- Ability to independently manage and negotiate commercial agreements
Nice to have
