- Juris Doctorate degree or comparable legal Master's degree
- Admitted to practice as a lawyer
- 3–5+ years' experience as a trade compliance lawyer
- Demonstrated knowledge of international trade controls and export regulatory systems
- Experience supporting compliance programs including policy development and training
- Ability to synthesize complex legal analysis into practical recommendations
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
