  • Ten years of relevant legal experience in law firm or in-house
  • Complex commercial and technology agreement drafting and negotiation
  • Real estate and infrastructure transaction experience
  • U.S. privacy laws knowledge (CCPA/CPRA)
  • Global data protection framework familiarity (GDPR)
  • Compliance and risk mitigation program design and implementation
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
