Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Textile Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination)
- 8+ years in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Integrity, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Deep knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, garment construction, production quality systems, and factory operations
- Experience leading and developing technical teams
- Success managing complex product issues and driving cross-functional resolution
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
