  • 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, solutions engineering, partner/enterprise CS, implementation, or support)
  • Demonstrated success blending partner or customer ownership with technical depth in solution design and troubleshooting
  • Track record running hands-on demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise partners
  • Experience identifying and landing expansion in complex accounts
  • Fluent in discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows with ability to troubleshoot L1-style issues
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel models, and multi-party commercial dynamics
  • Proven ability to engage both technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering)
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building across technical and business audiences
  • Evidence of having built a tool, agent, script, or workflow that permanently eliminated recurring work
  • AI-native operating model with specific workflows that structurally depend on AI

Nice to have

  • Experience in machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer-first technologies
  • Telephony, CCaaS, or CPaaS background (e.g., Twilio, Genesys)
  • Background spanning solutions engineering, TAM, or L1 support alongside CS or partner responsibilities
  • Familiarity with channel/partner marketing, enablement programs, or technical enablement asset creation
  • Working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building (Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, agent frameworks)
