Required
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of three basic courses in Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core)
- Food handling training and local/state certification where required
- Safe Alcohol Service training if working with alcohol
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Cash handling and basic math skills
- English language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Ability to train and lead others
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Physical capability to frequently bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk/reach around the theatre
