Required
- 5+ years work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or PhD
- Hands-on data pipeline development in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Stack
- Ability to script in SQL and Python/PowerShell for automation
- Experience implementing complex security models (RLS, OLS, CLS)
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD for data platforms
- Self-sufficient problem-solving across unfamiliar systems with minimal support
Nice to have
- 6+ years work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with an Advanced degree, or 3 years with a PhD
- 5+ years in Data Engineering, DevOps, or Database Administration
- Proficiency in data modeling, distributed systems, PySpark, and Hadoop
- Source-system ingestion experience with Hadoop, Bash/Shell scripting, Trino, Hive SQL, and Airflow
- Hands-on experience orchestrating AI agents and building multi-step agentic workflows
- Experience with agentic CLI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex
- Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps observability platforms like LangSmith
