What they ask for
Required
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in system architecture and design
- Deep experience designing architecture for scalable server systems at the SW/HW interface
- Strong understanding of networking technology and protocols (Ethernet, Infiniband)
- Experience with complex system software for accelerators (GPUs, DPUs, FPGAs)
- Expertise in out-of-band and in-band management architectures
- Knowledge of IPMI and Redfish protocols
- Experience working with security experts on security/usability tradeoffs
- Demonstrable implementation of left shift strategy to de-risk execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of large-scale cloud and cluster deployment/management systems
- Experience designing robust, resilient, performant scale-up fabrics
- Track record leading data center products across full lifecycle (inception through deployment)
- Familiarity with CXL, UCIE, and other C2C technology architectures
- Knowledge of storage and networking technologies
