Required
- 3+ years aerospace structures assembly or precision mechanical assembly experience
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- experience with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and composite materials
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 35-40 lbs
Nice to have
- aerospace certification or technical trade school training
- experience with spacecraft, satellites, or military aircraft structures
- composite bonding and adhesive application experience
- familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and quality systems
- cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment experience
- high-rate production or prototype aerospace experience
