Required
- Minimum 7 years precision machining or R&D prototyping experience
- Master-level knowledge of multi-axis CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual lathes, and drill presses
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam and SOLIDWORKS
- Proven ability to work within Integrated Product Team framework
- Formal certification or advanced training in machine tool technologies
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret-level DoD security clearance
- ITAR compliance as a U.S. person
Nice to have
- Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related technical field
- Experience providing feedback to aerospace engineers on part manufacturability and design optimization
- Ability to manage concurrent workload across multiple dynamic projects
- Track record managing high-value material inventories and tool replenishment
