  • Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
  • Advanced R experience for data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and automation
  • GitHub or version control experience
  • Snowflake, SQL, or similar database experience
  • Dashboard, report, or data visualization experience with Tableau, R Markdown, flexdashboard, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to clean, validate, and communicate insights from complex data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests
  • Cross-functional collaboration across People, Compensation, IT, and business leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country of position location

  • Master's or Ph.D. in I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
  • Expert-level R for reproducible analytics and automated reporting
  • Advanced SQL and experience designing data models for analytics
  • R Markdown, Quarto, flexdashboard, or Shiny experience
  • HRIS, applicant tracking, learning management, survey, or compensation systems experience
  • Experience partnering with IT or data governance teams
  • People analytics, employee listening, selection and assessment, attrition research, or organizational design experience
  • Strong consulting skills for clarifying stakeholder needs and guiding decision-making
