Required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in law enforcement, federal law enforcement, military police/security forces, executive protection, or related protective services
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of executive protection, law enforcement or military security operations, incident response, and physical security practices
- Advanced situational awareness, confidentiality, and professional judgment
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and escalation protocols
- Ability to perform in dynamic, high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
- Must reside within commutable distance of Renton, Washington
- Physical ability to support standing, walking, event coverage, and facility response
Nice to have
- Military police/security forces, law enforcement academy, federal law enforcement, executive protection, or comparable protective services training
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
