- 10+ years program management or related project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline
- Proficiency in Program Management philosophies and processes
- Technical understanding of design and production processes
- Leadership, customer service orientation, and decision-making skills
- US Person eligible for potential access to controlled data (ITAR/classified information)
Nice to have
- Technical field experience, preferably aerospace
- MBA or comparable advanced management degree
- Formal Program and/or Systems Management training (PMI or equivalent)
- Experience in engineering product development and certification processes
