What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in probe card design, vertical/MEMS probes, or high-performance test fixture development
- Strong hands-on experience with VNAs, TDR, and oscilloscopes for SI and PI analysis
- Deep understanding of transmission line theory and RF/microwave principles
- High proficiency with 3D CAD software and FEA modeling
Nice to have
- Familiarity with semiconductor wafer sort processes or ATE platforms like Advantest or Teradyne
- Knowledge of metallurgy, micro-plating, or advanced materials science relevant to probe wear and contact physics
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, MATLAB) and AI tools for automation and analysis
- Experience with production wafer probers or singulated die probers with ATE
