  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in Learning & Development, HR program management, learning operations, or related HR program delivery
  • 3+ years managing at least 2 direct reports
  • Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
  • Experience supporting or coordinating corporate learning programs or HR initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills managing multiple initiatives
  • Experience with learning technologies or HR systems
  • Experience facilitating instructor-led classes and workshops in virtual and in-person environments

Nice to have

  • 4+ years managing logistics and execution of in-person training, workshops, or employee events
  • 3-4 years writing and managing internal communications, intranet content, or program marketing
  • Proficiency with Docebo LMS, Skillsoft Percipio, or similar enterprise learning platforms
  • Experience using AI tools to analyze data and identify trends or insights
  • Knowledge of learning evaluation models like ADDIE or Kirkpatrick
